The Naples real estate market continues to heat up, with a record low inventory. As of March 8th, 2021, there are 1667 homes for sale in Naples. On this day last year there was almost 6000 homes for sale. Considering 2210 homes went pending in January, we have less than 3 weeks left of inventory. Many builders have put selling freezes or sales limits on the new construction homes to slow sales.
