Admiralty Point was developed by Fred C. (Bud) Tucker, J Fred Risk, and John R. Wood. The ten plus acres of land was purchased in late 1972. Admiralty Point is a gated community with two resident buildings. Admiralty I is a high rise building that consists of 99 units with floor plans from 2 bedrooms with 1,600 square feet up to the 4 bedroom Penthouse with nearly 3,000 square feet of living space. Admiralty II offers 45 units with 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans. These units start off around 1,650 square feet and increase to 2,200 square feet.
