Billows

Billows is a beach front villa-style community with co-op ownership. Each building only has 2 floors. This gives 1st floor residents a private courtyard and 2nd floor units a large balcony. Billows villas range in size from 1,440 to 1,600 square feet of living space. Each homeowner is designated covered parking for each unit.

Amenities within the Billows neighborhood include a large, round-shaped pool, private beach access, tables and chairs along the private beach, and bike storage. Boat slips also available for lease for the boat owners of the community.
